Trent Brandie, Principal Consultant
Trent is an industry leader in Investment Performance & Risk. He has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, building out performance and risk functions.
His experience includes leading system implementations, building independent market and liquidity risk functions, creating bespoke attribution models, building member remediation models, policy and regulatory review, vendor selection, global benchmarking advisory board member, and inaugural member of Melbourne CFA GIPS sub-committee. His previous organisations include AustralianSuper, QIC, QSuper, Pinnacle Investment Management, and Suncorp.
Trent is a CFA Charterholder, CIPM certificate holder, and has a Bachelor of Business (Banking & Finance) from Queensland University of Technology.
Why the Name?
It combines two passions that are both about overcoming challenges and reaching new heights. One of the most beautiful things in the hiking world is experiencing a sunset from the top of a mountain.
